In the construction industry, there are a number of regulations that we take into account during the development of our products – long before these products appear on the market. These include tests conducted by independent bodies, such as ift Rosenheim and gbd Dornbirn. They provide documented evidence that doors, windows, facades, partitions and sliding units made from our steel profile systems meet the required safety standards.
In order to define safety standards for certain materials, structures and components, there is always a test standard and a classification standard. The test standard specifies the parameters for performing the test. The classification standard indicates how the product can be categorized after successfully passing the test under the specified parameters.
